Synchrony HVAC financing
When your system fails in July, you need an answer the same day. Synchrony lets you apply on your phone during our visit, get a decision quickly, and spread the cost of the project over monthly payments.
Use it for AC, furnace, heat pump and water heater replacements and repairs, plus thermostats and indoor air quality upgrades.

On qualifying HVAC purchases made with your Synchrony Project Card. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional balance is not paid in full within 18 Months. $29 account activation fee will apply. Fixed Monthly Payments required equal to 2.5% of the highest balance applicable to this promo purchase until paid in full.
This is a deferred interest plan. Pay the full balance within 18 months and you pay no interest. If any balance remains after month 18, interest is charged back to the purchase date. Paying only the minimum will not pay it off in time.

GoGreen Home financing
GoGreen Home is administered by the State of California. It connects homeowners and renters with participating credit unions that offer below-market rates, longer terms, and no property lien for energy upgrades like heat pump HVAC systems.
Up to 30% of the amount you finance can go toward other home improvements, as long as the rest goes to eligible energy measures.
What could a payment look like?
Our Ruud dual fuel systems include a heat pump, so they can be eligible for GoGreen. A 3 ton Good system in a closet starts at $16,700 installed.
Example only. At 0% APR for 120 months, a loan pays $83.33 per $10,000 borrowed. At 2% APR for 180 months, $64.35 per $10,000. Your rate, term and approval come from the lender.

Financing questions
Does applying affect my credit?
Each lender handles credit checks under its own terms. Ask the lender, or ask us during your visit, before you apply.
Can I use GoGreen for an AC or furnace only?
GoGreen covers a list of eligible energy measures, and the 0% promotion requires a heat pump. For a straight AC or furnace replacement, Synchrony is usually the simpler fit.
Is deferred interest the same as 0%?
No. A deferred interest plan charges interest from the purchase date if the balance is not paid in full by the end of the promo. An equal payment 0% plan does not. We will show you which plan you are on.
Can I combine financing with rebates?
Often, yes. Rebate eligibility depends on the exact equipment and program rules at the time of installation, so we confirm it for your system rather than promise it up front.
I rent my home. Can I still finance?
GoGreen Home allows tenants to apply with written permission from the property owner.
Do you offer financing for businesses?
Yes. Businesses, nonprofits and commercial or multifamily property owners can finance HVAC and refrigeration upgrades through GoGreen Business. See commercial financing.

§ Qualifying purchase amount must be on one receipt. No interest will be charged on the promo balance if you pay it off, in full, within the promo period. If you do not, interest will be charged on the promo balance from the purchase date. Fixed monthly payments are required equal to 2.5% of the highest balance applicable to this promo purchase until paid in full. The fixed monthly payment will be rounded to the next highest whole dollar and may be higher than the minimum payment that would be required if the purchase was a non-promotional purchase. The required minimum monthly payments may or may not pay off the promo balance before the end of the promo period, depending on purchase amount, promo length and payment allocation. Regular account terms apply to non-promo purchases and, after promo period ends, to the promo balance except that the fixed monthly payment will continue to be required until the promotion is paid in full.
